Windows Need quick help - Connection problem with my ot (Ports?)

Hello, im having problems launching my Server.
I can add it to otservlist, i can enter my own server with "127.0.0.1". But anytime i try my no-ip or my ip to join my server the game just get stuck loading the character list.
I think its the ports, but 7171 and 7172 seems to work fine when i launch the server, becouse i tested it in a webpage.
What can i do? any solutions?

Which ip did you added in config.lua?
It's normal if you can't connect with your global ip if you login from the computer that hosts the server, this doesn't have to mean other people also can't.

If other people can login with your global ip but you can't and you want to use that instead of localhost or your IPv4 address you can do this.

Hello Limos, i tried both, i changed the config using the raw ip, and using the no-ip host, and i just get stuck on the loading screen everytime. I just can connect with 127.0.0.1. I cant tell if someone can connect, probably not.

I edited the host file, no results
