Windows Sln file

So I am using TFS 0.4 (haters gonna hate) I am wonderin in how to get my hands on a .sln file instead of .dev so I can compile 64bit.

Thanks anyway, when I compile with dev-cpp it just crashes

couldn't you just make a new project and import all the files into it and then compile?
