x item increases odds of looting rares

I need a script for TFS 0.2.13.......

While wearing X item your odds of looting rares increases by 5%

I don't think this is possible. The loot of the monster is determined when it spawns, not when it is killed.
I've heard this said around many times, however I cannot verify the validity of it.

It is very possible but you need to adjust your rare items by a "Ondeath" kill per monster. Are you willing to do that? If so, I can make it for you

Depends which rare item you want it to give. You dont need to add items such as "gold coins" etc into it. Its only the rare items.

nah itll be a hastle, i thought it wud be easier xD i wanted every rare (weapons, armors, shields, ect)
