Gessior paypal issue

I really didnt want to make YET ANOTHER thread about this issue, but i have been trying for a couple of days and i just cant seem to get it working... I am using the latest gessior 1.0.3

I have tried:
Seting up config correctly in "customscripts/paypal/config" (double checked)
Upgrading Paypal account to premier
Adding in IPN with URL http://blueshift-ot.com
Found a "IPN page" from HERE and tried the whole tutoiral.
Deleted everything and started again
Giving whole of gessior read/write permission "7777"

Still nothing! I'm all out of ideas... Any help would be amazing.

I don't know if that's the issue, but the permission should be set to 777, not 7777.

I changed the whole gesior folder to 777 still nothing.. i dont understand i have done everything right...

1) Configure paypal/config
2) allow write to the folder "reported_ids"

The only thing i have found is when i put my IP into the "pages/paypal_report.php" Its jsut a blank page. Is it supposed to be blank?

Dont know if this helps but i enabled debugging in my index.php and added my ip to the array in paypal_report and i got this

Resolved. Had a capital 'M' in my paypal name instead of a lowercase 'm'

.....
