I'm looking for a good Root provider, wich one is cheap and with a good Service.

Maybe anyone knows a good service, wich I can use.

You can use:

Server4You - Doesn't provide DDoS protection but good support and cheap servers.
Kimsufi - DDoS Protection but worse support then Server4You, using OVH servers.
Online.net - Haven't tested them.

You can also try @Damon's VPS hosting service (OTLand exclusive).
 
yup as halfaway said, also @Damon's servers are using OVH which means they are ddos protected :), PS: it's a VPS not a dedicated server.
