Hello! First, excuse me for my bad english.

I have installed a TFS 8.62, with MySQL and Apache. When I start my PC with 127.0.0.1 IP adress in config.lua, the server works. But when I change 127.0.0.1 for my external IP Adress, it's doesn't work. Yesterday I created the OT Server and the server works with external IP Adress in config.lua, but today only works with 127.0.0.1.

I have static MAC IP:

The Gateway and DNS Servers are the same that cmd says.

I'm using no-ip.org adress with www.noip.com and DUC programm, and it's work, but the config.lua IP adress don't change when DUC change my external IP.

Thanks.

The 192.168.1.50 is not your external ip it is your ip on the network, you need to register your external address with no-ip & and then you can place your no-ip address inside your config.lua

To see your external address go to http://www.whatismyip.com/

Oh you have a dial up connection.. hmm
Maybe this will solve the problem
http://www.noip.com/download?page=win

If you did all this already just ignore it, my bad i thought you meant duc as in dial up connection :p

If your not using dsl or dial up you don't need the program in order to use their service.

Also check if the ip of your computer ots the right one. That its the same that the one you show. Also you need to open your pc ports, not only the modem ports and give acces to the tfs into your firewall

I know, i'm registred in www.no-ip.org with a domain. In config.lua, I write IP adress that says www.whatismyip.com. Also I installed DUC Program.

I open my ports of my PC with firewall of Windows.

The strange is that yesterday I can connect to server with external IP in config.lua, but today I can't do this.

I don't understand this.

Don't write your ip in config, write the dns (domain name server) that you get from no-ip, the software will automatically update your ip with no-ip.com that is the whole point of using it's software so that when your ip address changes then it can update the dns to your current ip.

example jotran.no-ip.com is a dns.. well its really a sub domain but whatever.. which points to my ip..

in config your going to put the dns
