Desintegrate rune

It can only be used with level 2100 and magic level 4 or higher.
It weighs 1.20 oz.

As you can see, desintegrate rune is bugged. GM, can you fix it, please? Way to Warlocks is always blocked by high lvls, and noone can push them, because they have parcels.

I noticed this a while back aswell.
I guess they don't have the script for it to work (yet?).
 
It's like that because there is a bug i believe you should only be able to use it 1 Sqm away from yourself but in this you can shoot it from across the screen ^^
