How do I edit what GODS can do? I notice they can move things from far away, Can I make it so they can use things, ect. aswell. Where would I edit such things?

Another thing, I am looking for the script that allows you to login with an id such as:
1/1 and you can spectate players. Is this script open yet?

Lastly, is there any place that tells you what each function calls? What I mean by this is....
When you use a function like

getPlayerSlotItem(cid, 1)

It calls a able. In that table it has things such as:
itemid, uid, ect.

Is there a list that shows what every function calls? This would bring a new level to scripting for me.

tfs 3.6.0 doesn't exists, it is 0.3.6, and the lua functions are in the luascript.c file or whatever it is called

Ehh, im not looking to make it so they can't level. I want them to be able to level past eg. ml 150 or level 63515 I want it to be higher then that.
