How can upgrade my tfs from 0.3.6 to 0.4 or 1.0?

Maybe replace monsters folder, lib folder, npc lib folder, spells, weapons, talkactions etc.
or download the new TFS You want to update to and add all your scripts etc inside it but any scripts can not work, because others TFS have others functions.
