Hello otlanders i just buyed vps from contabo but contabo no provide you doss protection or firewal..
I am using debian 7

Any body can tell me how i can block doss attack
And how i can enable firewal

Pls its very urgent help me!

Actually if your hosting company doesn't provide you DDoS Protection/Mitigation, there's not too much to do however you can try using iptables. I'd suggest you to rent a VPS in a company that provides you that service, such as OVH (soyoustart or kimsufi), SoftLayer in order to get protected.

Ye i tryed all hostes i buyed ovh 25 euros 8 gb ram and contabo 30 gb 25 euros dirence in price is so much for that reason i tryed contado this time.

You dont really need that much of RAM anyway so 8 will be enough at Start, the connection of OVH is way more worth, upto 1 gb/s is enough to hold over hundred of players, my opinion..

I got 1 ovh vps 8 gb ram the problem is my server goes +150 online daily so we go so much laggs and i need reboot daily vps if i no reboot server crash in mid days..
