how in the hell do i start the server when i get this error?????????

TFS 1.X doesn't support anything else than MySQL.
Why did they remove sqlite? Sure it may be not as secure but if people only want a server for their friends and themselves or solely for testing purposes without going through the hastle of setting up everything you need to be able to use mysql?

I think they removed sqlite to make the engine stable. Not sure though

It was always running stable for me :( I hate it that they remove old stuff just because it may be "outdated" and therefor possibly being a security risk. Let the people themselves decide how secure they want their server to be, how they want to use its features and what they want to make out of it. If someone wants to use the simplest way to run an ots, let him :)

by stable i mean like over 600 online people maybe the server will crash with sqlite. Not sure though

Hmm..well as I said worked for me back in the days and was quite easy as you needn't do any more setups. However since it's all going in the direction of forcing ppl to choose TFS 1.x for their projects, I find it kinda weird they choose to remove it.

"It's not a bug. It's a feature!"

The focus for TFS 1.X is to become a lightweight core, thats why some old features are dropped such as ingame account manager, ingame guild management and such.
