I don't really like the first one, why? I can't really tell ya I just think so..

But about the second one this looks really nice.. atleast for me..

Maybe you should gon and write something on it's board..something with expressive power..

The first one is only decent imo, I agree with Monamony.
The MSN guy has got good shapes and the figure itself is pretty cool, the only thing I'd improve is the shading. I think it would give a lot, not sure tho.

First one: his shoulers are too high up and the hands are a little too small... his face are too ugly < joke
It's not bad =P

Second one looks ok, can't come with any critics, can't say it's AMAZING either. Maybe a little simple and uncreative for my taste?

I am the only one coming with those ugly words? >.<
