I'm bored.

Ty Tarek.
I was feeling bored this week, and you've run me into why I was bored in the first place,
and ultimately how to fix the cycle I broke myself into.

Boredom stems from how you manage your attention.
Boredom is from feeling there is a lack of quality in what is covering your attention.
Boredom is feeling that there are too few high quality ways to spend attention.
This means that you feel there are high quality ways to spend attention, but your attention is being stolen from you before you can use it.

Here's how to solve your boredom.

Plan.
Seek Quality.
Prioritize.

Plan your day. Find all your daily activities. Find all your interests. Plan for them.
Give yourself a schedule for the day. Just one day. Schedule 30 minutes to plan your day. Every day.
Seek quality. Mentally circle each object that gives you joy. Now look at the other objects.
Which ones do you not enjoy? Are they necessary? If your thinking no they are not necessary, why did you add them to your list?
You will now do those things first, directly after practical needs.
Now we prioritize. You can no longer do anything which is not on your list. Follow your list.
If you feel bored with any activity, remember why you made the list.

Now look at your list.
Do you feel like the list is a waste of time? You probably do.
Do you feel like you want to follow the list? You probably don't.
Will you follow the list? Your answer is currently no.
Your not even going to make the fucking list let alone follow it.

That is why your bored.
Your boredom is stopping you from taking 30 minutes to create a list.
What were you going to do? Oh. That meaningful task you've been meaning to do?
Your thirsty? You already clicked to another page? No you haven't. Your still reading because your bored.
Stop reading, and open a text document.
Make the list.
You continuing to read this paragraph of cluttered text is called procrastination.
What is procrastination? Boredom. You don't have a schedule.
What can you procrastinate about if you already have a list to follow?

Make a list, Follow the list. Make another list. Follow that list.
Bored of making lists? Make another list. A bigger list.
Create a full weekly schedule.
Why are you making a weekly schedule? Boredom. Procrastination.
Don't make a full weekly schedule.
Daily schedule.

Make one list.
30 minutes.

Or don't.

Your choice, right?
Nope. That's boredom talking.

Make the list.

711* 19:30. (if you take away starting and ending songs, and starting flashbacks.)
(Note: when skipping starting flashbacks or 'memory joggers', one piece usually adds in extra content.. so.. while it is skippable, there are some memorable moments placed in there that were not put into the previous episode.
I wouldn't want to miss most of those. :P

One does not simply skip opening/endings

I only have 25mins + manga chapter / week of One Piece content. Gotta enjoy it to the fullest^^
And who does not sing to the opening songs because I do:cool: Mugiwara kaizoku <3

I'm not that far.. and from my experience the episodes come out in big packs every 4 - 8 months.. instead of 1 episode per week. :(
