How do i add new items and corpses etc. to my item.otb?

From 10.80.

What client version do you use?

If you use a client upto 10.56 you can use this tool to edit the .spr/.dat files.

To extract newer sprites from 10.80 for example you can use this tool:

When you've edited the .spr/.dat files you can use this tool to edit the items.otb file (up to 10.76:

Currently no spr/dat editor works with 10.76.

A bounty has been created to update ObjectBuilder:

You can either contribute by coding the missing feature or add more money to the bounty and hopefully someone will update it when the bounty is big enough for the work/time they spend.
