Timezone changes

Hello, early today 03.00(CEST) 02.00 (CET) they changed the timezones in central europe. If you are going to start a server it should say


Today ..... server will start 18.00 CET.

NOT: Today .... server will start 18.00 CEST.

CEST stands for Central Europe Summer Time

and

CET stands for Central Europe Time.
