Can I Run Fallout 4 with these specs?

Soo I have option to buy the PC version pref! Because of graphics, and controls, but if I can't run thats alright too I suppose will get it for XB1.

Here is my spec's when I did can I run it.

Do you think the CPU failing, will still result in bad gameplay? or can it still run it on a decent setting? thanks.

The CPU is fine. It still scores on par with most mobile quad-core CPU's. You'll probably wanna upgrade in about a year, maybe a bit more.
