If you wanna hire a decent designer in the real world, you have to expect $25-$45 per hour.

I have done ASP (Art School) and courses. Anyway it is not about references, it is about skill.

You told me in summer "Get the fuck out", when i said that i could not help you in coding. Sorry but I am doing graphic, i do not code layouts at all.
