Just a ideia, why not wipe the data now and increase exp/skills/ml until level ~50? the lower-level content has been tested, this is a fastest way to get everything ok.

1. He will talk to Tarjei tonight, or
2. He is waiting for Silence who will be back online soon, or
3. The server will be for sure up tomorrow and everything is pretty much ready

It sucks to keep people on the line like that.. It's a lot better to tell them it won't be online untill a certain date and opening it earlier then opening it later then said.
