No clue should be working. I did this a while back and it worked..

used blackeditor tho

I changed in .dat editor, then went to items.otb, reloaded item attributes and verified then saved..

Only thing I had inputed was minimap color , nonmovable was checked.. Speed = 160...

Maybe your itemeditor bugged and doesn't save speed? x.x when you reload attributes after changing .dat, does it say all of them changed in itemeditor? "Reload %% attributes of $$ items" or w.e it says

Kind of a hard thing to pinpoint the support with the information given.

But if you have the correct settings, and replaced the item.otb.. you should be able to walk on it without even changing the .dat.. might get debug tho? So idk man, maybe your itemeditor isnt saving the attribute?

can't walk on it before changing .dat, the client won't even send the move packet if the tile you're moving onto is blocking.
first edit the dat to remove the blocking attribute, and then edit OTB second. (make sure to load the edited .dat)

didn't work bro :( i changes cid on both sides and that delete the files i have edited any other idea ? someone could see this via teamviewer or show me otehr software pls¿? regards and thanks

What didn't work? You're not being very specific. Blocking attributes have to be removed in both Tibia.dat and then in items.otb.
