Uniserver dont wan't to start when im starting it nothing happends i have try to run it like admistartor to

If you open up task manager is there uniserver shown? (apache or someth like that)
If Im right, you cannot even open up uniserver control.
I had that few times where it mostly was fixed when I uninstalled uniserver and fresh installed it. (Probably some installer error?)

You also could use "wamp" for that. Its almost same, I used uniserver befor but now Im really happy with wamp.

Ye i know but i dont wan't to uninstall it becasue i have my server up there and over 100 players

If you need to uninstall the server just do a db dump.
I know you don't know what that is...
