How to start tfs 1.2 (10.90)?

Well I just downloaded the datapack from https://otland.net/threads/10-90-tfs-1-2-custom-modifications-reward-chest.238834/ but I can't start it because it's missing the application to start the ot so my question is where can I find it? Or how can I get

Well... I usually download the compiled .exe from nightlies.
But you'll also need the TSF_SDK to make make it work.
Theres a great video in a post here made by SlayingWorld explaining how this workflow goes.

Note: The .exe will crash right after you open it, if you don't connect in to the database properly.
