Windows Global 8.6 war System (anti-intrusos) help

i play a lot servers that i see the war anti intrusos, now i am doing a server and i dont find this System war for 8.60 ot server
The commands in this System Is:
!cityinvite, guild, Frags ( !carlinwar, name guild, 30)
And créate the system, the another players in the guild use !joinwar ... This teleport you to carlin and online can go the player in the 2 guilds, no another a
I search alot and dont find this
Please help me to find this!!
Is better if can get the System in a real map!
