hello guys i need help how i can restart my server from linux im use Debian 8.0 and FileZilla Client

To open your server

1. cd /home/server/ -- path directory
2. screen ./tfs -- run the TFS file automatically in a screen
3. CTRL + A + D -- detach the screen

If you want to close/restart your server then:

1. Do /save in-game.
2. screen -r -- reconnect to the screen
3. CTRL + C -- close the screen, doing this your server will shutdown.

Then open your server again as the first step

You need to compile the new sources to get a starter for linux.
Windows executeable files (exe) is for windows not for Linux, you should compile the sources on the server and get a new starter for best performance.

What server version do you use?
Do you have the sources for the server?

i use tfs 1.2 and ye i have the sours and what i need to to now ? with putty?

need i put the sours first in the /home/server/ ?

and this in FileZilla Client

but this is not my server this is a standart tfs server

soory im new on linux i work only on windows but windows is not good

ok now i have make all but i have give this on putty putt :
git clone https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver.git

and he put a 10.77 client but i want the 1.2 tfs client 10.90 how i can put it on and than finish and now i know how its work with linux and thx a lot guys you are the best

i have the 10.90 client with souers on my pc can i put it with FileZilla Client only in the 7Home/server and finish ?
