Solved Help finding an itemid

Hey guys!

This is an old picture of mine, but i need some help to get the itemid im searching for.
How do i find this itemid? Its not an globalevent script.. its an actual item.
I do not have that map piece anymore..

I see a stone arch, some sort of sparkle effect/sparkle item, and tile borders.
The 'Require 50 quest points.' is definitely a movements script though.

It's either what @Synnical posted above as the item_id, or it's a globalevent using 'blue sparkles' on the tile.
