Does Tibia really require a big computer?

I got this nice ass computer i am using from my work. I was bored and was playing tibia and i turn off

I had one of the worst graphic i seen in my life! I mean this computer is the best in the shop for now... He has a 9800 Nvidia. I think that is all you need to know to see what is wrong with tibia. Here is a screen shot of it.

Well, it is not Tibia, this mode also doesn't distorts the rendering. You might use it to take pictures and so.

Imagine this:
When you stretch your screen, you distort the sprites, it blurs a little bit.
Haven't you ever wondered why is there an option 'Do not stretch game screen' or something like that?
In other words, if you don't check these two boxes, the sprites will be exactly as they are in the tibia.spr file, but, if you check these options, there will be a small amount of bluring for both, light effects and resizing

If you check them, you'll have blured and beauty graphics, if you don't, you'll have these squared but non-blured graphics.
