The problem that I am looking for solution and update the version of CMake, already tried to update but does not update, when I will compile it requests a version above 2.8.9 and I need to update this version to the minimum 2.8.12

you're getting that old version because your debian is old-stable version, probably later than wheezy, you can get newer cmake at https://cmake.org/download/
