Depends on your user amount. Take for example 1 player will need about 0-5 kB/s.
So if you want 200 users, 10 mbit upload is more than enough. You probably don't need more than 3 mbit.

Exactly how did you figure that out?
 
Since im on school computers speedtest.net wouldnt work for me, so i tried http://www.bandwidthplace.com/speedtest
Here was my results:
Communications: 1.1 megabits per second
Storage: 136 kilobytes per second
1MB file: download 7.5 seconds
Subjective rating: Good

I'l Redo it once im at home, my home internet is supposed to be 12 megabits though.
