Groups.xml error

I keep getting an error when trying to compile my server. it says "Info: failed to load external entity "data/XML/groups.xml""

i dont know why it keeps doing it because the file IS in there. i have replaced it several times and i also capitalized and uninitialized the letters to see if that works. nothing happened. I am using a windows computer.

Please post how you fixed it, if im not wrong you are supposed to do that xd

ah sorry didnt know, im new . You just have to make sure that your server compiler is not in any other folders. in the main folder for your server, and also your config. It will throw off the path of the files if it is not. I am not a good explainer haha
