I've got an airplane ticket to South America except Brazil.
Anyone knows some nice place to go?
I would like to go without much money and try to find a job and see if I can make a living there.

So any tips how to survive or anything would be appreciated.

Btw anyone wants to travel with me or can give me shelter ?
I'm a 26 year old male from the Netherlands.

South america is really big and got many places where you can have a great experience, I'm from Chile, long country from south america next to Argentina, another beautiful place, I would recommend to take a trip to Argentina or Chile, before Brazil both got the highest employment rates, btw you might study a bit about how is to live on there.

I wouldn't go for anything else (including Brazil) than Chile, it's highest HDI, most safe and stable economy in south america.

im from chile bro but cheap places are peru and bolivia by there you can travel via bus to brazil argentina chile peru etc if you want
argentina and chile are cool and cheap you can visit everything by bus and meet ppl etc
you cant visit any country by bus and isn't expensive

If I were you, I'd stay in Netherlands, seriously xd

I'm from Brazil, the clima is nice, but everything here is expensive due to high taxes (corrupt government on all levels) and, depend on where, the crime can be very intense. And the employment's rate here isn't so good now.

I don't know much about the other countries in the South America, but if you really need to leave Netherlands, I'd try Chile.

About buying a tent to sleep, at least in Brazil I haven't seen anyone doing it. People just use tents while camping with friends. Really poor people who don't have where to live usually sleep in church's or restaurants entrance, and in small squares.

Another tip: avoid big cities, since the life cost is always high.

Note2: Most people here (in Brazil) don't speak English. My English is horrible too, but seriously, we are a country that don't speak English at all. I think the only people who speaks a good English are those who works with technology, usually with teams outside of our country.
I'm learning English just now, I've been studying for less than 2 years so far.

No and hardly no.

Brazil is somewhat unpleasant for non-portuguese speakers, very few people can talk reasonably. I'd advise Chile too, it really seems better in this aspect.

I'am from venezuela. I recomended Chile or Argentina, my country in this moment is a total disaster, but with much good peoples. I can say that in my life i have seen nobody(i have 19 years old) discriminating against someone because of their race / color, nationality (xenophobia) as there are in other countries of South America.

As a brazilian myself who has visited Argentina and Uruguai, don't go to any of these three countries. Dumb people, poverty runs rampant, crime problems everywhere and filthy cities. If you don't care about people and infrastructure, but you like landscapes and nature, go to Bariloche, but be prepared to deal with crappy third world stuff.
