I expect you to give back my 120 Euro I donated for p-roses.
I joined your server on march 2016.. played a day and bought bunch of p-roses, roses which I never recieved, I tried to contact you but nooo.. can't reach..
after a week you were gone and nobody saw you.
end of the month, the dedicated was canceled, everything gone, you obviously paid for 1 month dedicated and that was it.

Was it to make easy money?
is this round also about making easy money?
What is it you're trying to save up for this time? new car?

If you ever want to be taken serious again, you can start by giving people back their donations from last run as it's OBVIOUSLY wasn't about the server, it was about your wallet.
Why else say "this server never going down again" and then not pay the dedicated?
And you can't say you didn't have money for it.. me alone 120 Euro, and I have several friends with similar stories, we summed up that within our group, we donated more than 500 Euro in total..

And I doubt the dedicated costed more than 200 Euro/Month..

Ohh wait, let me get to home and show you the FAQ of the donations, I'm not naive about not giving you back theres a niche for it on this release if its even being released.
If this was about money then I can see my self as a failure, my networth went more negative then positive @The launch of this server, also it lasted lot more then a month.

Hope you understand, you accept yourself to send a donations towards the server, you don't need too but if you'd like you get a "privilidge".

I feel this server was just an easy way for Ecstazya to make money.
I lost 120 Euro because I thought it was going to be like the original RealOTs, online for years even if the community were dead.

So.. how did you feel about last RealOTs by Ecstazya?

You gotta be kidding, if you are donating cash you are assuming you lost it, ITS NO LONGER YOUR, what the fuck is "get your money back".

You're gonna donate to any project which closes next day, even charity or whatever, and the next day you are expecting them to give you "your" money back?

Isn't it in most terms of services for serious games that when you buy an item you don't own it? E.g Riot Games can shut down tomorrow and they don't own 1 cent to anyone for lost skins.

PayPal do not offer buyer protection for virtual goods. Donation or purchase - doesn't matter. All the vendor needs to say to PayPal to automatically close-out the case is "This was a purchase of virtual goods."

Doesn't stop someone from claiming it was an unintended purchase or a fraud purchase? Just dont do it often or paypal will lock your account lol.

Even if you sent money as a "gift to family" you can still claim it wasnt you, just submit your ticket through a different IP.

This donation is seen as an investment into the server, players donate under the premise that the server will be up for the advertised amount of time. If Ecstazya made it seem like the server was only going to be up for a month, then he doesn't owe anyone, but if he advertised the server as an on-going server with at least 1 year of hosting, he's a fraud and keeping the donations would be theft.

I don't trust this Ecstazya person, I have heard that he is pretending to be a GM from the original realots called GM Ecstazya, when in reality he is not Ecstazya. He is likely another person who has a bad reputation and decided to change his nickname.

Thats not true. I have successfully claimed my money on several cases using PayPal all of them virtual goods. Our buyer protection now covers intangibles

Indeed! That's a cool step forward for PayPal, when did this change do you know?
Back when I hosted I received a lot of charge backs and won all of them by calling PayPal direct and telling them that it was a purchase of virtual goods - they closed every single case without hesitation or further explanation.
