Impossible to load map after remere's map edit

Hello, I am using this remere :
Remere's Map Editor 3.3

I used in remere tibia 10.99 to edit an 11 - 11.48 tibia map (don't know if I did it right but I can't find rme for 11+ tibia). I uploaded to 10.99 items.xml and otbm from my 11+ server.

Map loaded normally, I made my changes. But I can't run my server on it, error message :

[Fatal - Map::loadMap] This map need to be upgraded by using the latest map editor version to be able to load correctly.
> ERROR: Failed to load map
>> No services running. The server is NOT online.

Any1 knows how to fix that please?

Do you know names of others map editors? How can i check the version of the map ?

You didnt even say what server you use, what is this tfs or whatever u got?
I'm using Tfs 1.3 and im editing my map using this rme and it does not throw errors like this.

Im using the new OTx bro.
That's weird.. I'm sure that I am doing something wrong.
Can u explain me a littlebit how do you configured your remere? Which tibia client do u use in ? 10.10? Did you changed items.xml and otbm in remere?

Debug the server on part where it loads the map.

Maybe its just an useless check that can be ignored. Otherwise there may be need to add some changes into map load method.
