Spell is out of zone

I got problem with spell which goes out of target. Pic

As you can see i target this bag but spell goes far away to west i need make to the middle at least or close to the middle because now it's out of proportion. I can't see anything in spells/script with positions. So maybe anyone know how can i move this spell to the middle of target?

Ech, fuck it removed one gap from sprite so now it's a bit closer, but not enough. But we can close this thread.
