Website changing language (Sorry if it's wrong section)

Hi so i downloaded BR website and i decided to change language to English, but i have no clue where is all control panels are made. Where should i search them?

Checked all configs can't find anything. And how is it possible to be not translated to English?

Maybe because it was hardcoded with BR?
You need to look in the files to see if it's coded with BR or with variables that you can create / use a translation.

In the code as I said, can't tell you where since we don't have the code.
Most likely in a config file, might not named config but still - a settings file.
