Nope tibia 8,6, i belive that i can edit that in tfs sources

You cannot.
This is not server side, it's client side. And you have not the sources of the original Tibia's client.
So you need a code of a client - OTClient.
If you want blue names for NPC's, you need the OTClient and enable the npc blue name feature there.
