Linux Host with 20ms ping?? Play like a gamemaster

I recently joined a server (Tibia 8.6) called BaiakUnder - Latestnews
this server too have a low ping for br players NtoUltimate
And I see that my ping is around (20ms), counting that I am from Brazil and most of the servers the pings are around 150-180ms, until I was scared when I saw a game without lag some.
I gets my question, what host is the owner of baiakunder.com using? Does his host stay in Brazil to have this latency so low for Brazilian players?

edit: when i use ping baiakunder.com it appears this ip 35.198.2.222 (EUA Ip) and 170 ms, but when i log in the ping inst 170 ms, beacuse i got 0 lag

Because when I use ping the IP appears in the US, but when soon I get no lag?

says US servers but probably proxy. Idk.

Do you have a tibia 8.6? Could you log in and check your ping?
I believe that for those who live outside of Brazil they should stay with lag

edit: As the host is in the US, whoever is from the US should play without lag and who is from Brazil should have lag

That host is not in the USA. Most likely is somewhere very close to you.

Even if you were in the north west (amazonas) and the host were in the south east usa (texas) and you were directly connected to it, its around 4500km. Thats the shortest path (earth surface) Guess theres no direct path through earths core.

Best case scenario for that distance is around 25-30 ms. (6.7ms per 1000km).

This is fiber optic (light speed) and not counting delays produced in the way for various reasons.

I live in southeastern Brazil (city: Belo Horizonte). Gives a distance of 8.287 km to the texas.
But have you been able to identify which host it uses?
A lot of hosters use OVH in Quebac, which has a distance of 7.864 km to my city, and the ping is around 180ms.
