With this application you can replace the images stored in the Tibia.pic file. This will change the appearance of the Tibia client.

Is there any way to change the size of the background in the .pic file? E.g from 640*480 to 1280*720.
 
@Worr If you would write a larger image to the pic file it will just crop the image or show it incorrectly in some other way. To make it appear as if the size is infinite you have to add the border that @Il Knight posted.
 
How do I make it full screen and full quality? I'm on client 8.60.
What do you mean? just paste it above my background at original size? lol

I am looking for a program to remove this entire frame on the left and leave only the login panel in the middle of the client, is it possible to implement?

If you want to skip having to press "Enter Game" you will have to do a client edit. I don't think there is any tibia specific application for this.
