Lua Question about Scripting

Is there something better that notepad++ to create scripts on LUA?? Such as Monodevelop on Unity, to have hints of what functions you can use when your script is getting completed

there's still some things missing especially if you're using 1.3

good i never expected to find this, i pasted tfs-lua.sublime-completions at AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 3\Packages\User but i start to write code and autocompletition is not working how i can get it enabled? is the first time i use sublime text

i tried with this tutorial but didnt work or im doing something wrong
