Maybe if you make it it's 80 lines, and it's not only PHP. At least in my server it's very advanced system

Colandus that script doesn't look very complicated. But it still looks a good idea. Does it work like this:?

People can set a bounty on someones head, on the website.
There gets a value added to the db(player/bountyvalue).
Then with an onkill script you look if the player has a bounty or not.
If he had, money gets transfered to the player.(the other player payed the money on the website).
