I cant open theforgottenserver with visual studio

I have no idea what happened, everything worked before but today i cant open theforgottenserver , it says

"The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid" Did someone had this problem before?

His problem is about CD/DVD and solutions are related to cd/dvd, like reinstall cd/dvd drive and etc so im pretty sure this solution wont work for me.

well try this Visual Studio 2010 fails to build or debug reports error 'Failed to write to output file'.

1. Please clear your Debug directory before you would like to debug your app and try it again.

2. Please check whether your user account has enough permissions to access/write this directory or not.

1. My debug directory is clear i think
2. I dont have permission to access that directory as a administrator somehow
