Making house in tibia...

Hi. Basically i made a house on rme but it doesnt work in game just says closed door instead of its price etc etc. i put pool(exit) infront of the door, tried under nothing worked. the funny thing is i made like 30 houses the same way and some of them worked some of them dont. any idea?

You need to put the house tiles under the door, and along the walls you can hang stuff on..
as well as the main tile area's.

The housing system is really finnicky, afaik.

Make sure it's a brand new house listing.
Name the house.
Ensure the correct housing line is currently selected.
Place down each of the housing tiles, making sure that it's only 1 placed down per tile, none overlapping.
Place down the entrance splash.

Save. Test.

If you're still having trouble with it, I'd suggest making a small video of you performing the above steps, and maybe one of us can see where your going wrong?

double-click on the door, make sure it has door-id 1 or above.
if it's 0, it wont be working.
