TFS 1.X+ Tfs 1.3 Cannot open include file: 'lua.hpp': No such file or directory

Hi! I have this erro during the compilation tfs 1.3.
How can i solve it? I'm compiling with x64 windows version!

Now compiled with this warning, have some problem?
And when try to open a server it says:
Not Found a lua51.dll, libmariadb.dll, boost_date_time-vc142-mt-x64-1_70.dll and boost_iostreams.dll

Copy the DLL files you get from vc14/release folder into the folder you have TFS located in.
