Cant put text on a sign in map editor

Hi, im using tibia 8.6.
When i open a sign in map editor, i cant put a text.
Here are my map editor, tibia.dat and items.otb of a sign

I need it to be the same as this other item where I can write:

Like the other guy said, try downloading other rme and also be sure to copy the items.otb of your server and paste it on the 8.60 rme directory
