could someone help me how to implement grafic the global tibia mana and health bar?

Extract Tibia.pic images.
Crop health/mana/empty bar as single graphics or how you want it.
Create function that will calculate how to crop image to percentage of current health/mana.
Done.

Whats the point of creating function that will calculate it to perfection when you can zoom in with paint to a single pixel and paint it so all you need to do is extra entire ui of your client with simple pic editor and paint it with paint and thats it.. You just making it over complicated

So isnt it would be easier to replace entire .pic file because i woul doubt he have anything custom. And anyway you still dont need any functions because as you can see tibia bar dont have any gradient so just pick exact same color and color it

Ehh, have you ever tried to do it? It won't give you 100% the same color, not even close to it.
If you want to recreate the Tibia ui on OTC, this is the way to make it 100% like on real tibia.
