so a simple issue not related to open tibia, when installing tibia and running it this shows up ? what's the solution?

Did you tried the obvious step like reinstalling?
Compatible mode, run as admin?

You are blocked off internet probably or tibia is. Make sure you dont have any blocking software, firewalls, anti virus etc.

I did yet nothing happened

someone told me to disable 'automatically detect settings' still nothing happened

As I said in my last post I see you got antivirus, turn it off and check if it still happens
