Lua Count monsters killed

How do I count every monster killed for a individual player? I dont need the script just how to work it out without having to put every monster in an array or smth?
I want it to count and then do something when reaching for example 400 monsters killed in total.

This will Print Test after every monster killed. Easy enough to edit for what you need I think.
