How can I use potions and attack runes at the same time?

timeBetweenActions = 200
timeBetweenExActions = 1000
timeBetweenCustomActions = 500
I think u need change in config.lua change for low rate just try im not sure

I wonder if there is another way to do this through the sources, Because through config.lua it does not work as expected.

Maybe try adding different actions exhaust so it doesn't affect anything else like

Hello, I need help, I want to do it on the server so that you can use it at the same time np manarune and sd or SD and healtig rune. i have tfs 1.2 , 8.6 spells and sd works well but I want it to work so manarune and sd even PLEAS HELP ME!

Can't think of any other way to implement it, Why not this way if it works? its better than this one which will affect all Tools/Runes.
