How do I change the HP/MP regen rate?

Hello everyone!
I've tried to find the solution to this problem here but I couldn't find it, hehe. Is there a way to change the formula in the codes?
I'm using FTS 1.2, Tibia 10.98, and I intend to change to the current formula of the original Tibia here.

don't forget to change item regen as well in items.xml (soft boots, life ring etc)
