Due to the high number of participants, what about make it like a tournament? With final/semi-final, or something like it

Now we got 21 participants, so its possible to make 3 groups of 7 mappers each. They could compete with each other, and, that one who won the group stage, would face the others group stage winners

Just a suggestion, ofc

I think it would be cool, cuz 1) would be easier to vote for the best map (i think it would be more fair too) and 2) a new format would be nice to try. And, one last sugestion, could add a small prize for the 2nd and 3rd place they for sure would be worthy of it

You can't be sure that all those participants will make their piece. Anyway, this competition is a part of tournament.

Yea, i already submited my entry, so theres, at least, 12 participants. So, til sunday, some more gonna submit, i hope.

Anyway, 12 participants is already a lot. By tournament i mean something like a cup, just not to vote with all maps at once

@Kaspar
Can I submit my mapping again by making some corrections? These are minimal things but I ended up noticing at least 3 tiny things out of place. The rest of the map at 99% should remain the same as the one I sent before. If you can't, you can stay like that, you shouldn't really change what I've already learned, but if you could change it at least that would make you more satisfied.

You are not the only one. I fixed my pic too after few hours and @Kaspar accepted it without any problems so i guess just go fix your map and talk to him.

I'll guarantee you now that I wouldn't be back for a "round two" if it came to that form of competition structure. It sounds nice but so much could be left to chance, you'd be hoping that mappers would continue to partake in the competition once signed up, it's a somewhat nice ide but you need to remember that a lot of us are full time workers now and don't have time for this sort of stuff and I think you need to remember that.

@Kaspar waitin' for this voting thread fam
