Problems with VC when compiling TFS

I havent even gotten to the part where Im like "Where is the executable?" "What version is this even?" "Im following the tutorial but I wanted 7.4 not 11.98."

TFS 1.3 is for client 10.98. You would have to make a lot of modifications to change that.

Thank you for the information, is there a base server or datapack for 7.4? Ive downloaded, Avesta and it just did not want to work with Znote for the website. I kept getting errors regarding account creation.
