TFS 0.X tfs 0.4 got crash after start

Hi my tfs crashed after booting, I don't know why I reinstalled Windows 10 but it worked normally before

@Fablow nope still not work when i downloaded tfs 1.3 client 8.6 from otland it work so why tfs 0.4 not working

no its not otx, i don't remember what is a tfs but i think its tfs 0.4 3884
i formated my pc one month ago, i saved folder with tfs and datapack on pendrive (tfs normaly work before format)
